Rients Assessment & Consultation Services, Inc. is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Rick Rients.
The corporation is licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health, Division of Substance Abuse and Health Promotion to provide assessments that meet the Iowa Department of Transportation requirements.
Mr. Rients received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and Psychology from Upper Iowa University and holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Osteopathic Medicine.
Mr. Rients has over 17 years of experience in the substance abuse field working with adolescents, adults and the criminal justice population.
He is certified by the Iowa Board of Substance Abuse Certification as an Advanced Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
He is a previous member of the Board of Directors for the Iowa Board of Substance Abuse Certification and had served as the Chair for the Ethics and Appeals Committee.
